Keynote Speaker: Shuai Li

Keynote Speech Title: Zeroing Neural Networks: a Model-Based Approach for Neural Weight Determination

Speaker bio-sketch: Dr. Li received the B.E. degree in Precision Mechanical Engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China, in 2005, the M.E. degree in Automatic Control Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China, China, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA, in 2014. He is now with Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. His current research interests include dynamic neural networks, robotics and machine learning. Dr. Li is currently on the editorial board of Neural Computing and Applications, Neural Processing Letters, etc.

 


Keynote Speaker: Bolin Liao

Keynote Speech Title: An Arctan-Activated WASD Neural Network Approach to the Prediction of Dow Jones Industrial Average

Speaker bio-sketch: Bolin Liao received the B.S. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Jishou University, Jishou, China, in 2003, the M.S. degree from the Anshan University of Science and Technology, Anshan, China, in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information Systems from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2015. He is currently an associate professor with the College of Information Science and Engineering, Jishou University. His main research interests include neural networks, robotics, and process control.

 

 

Keynote Speaker: Wen-Tsai Sung

Keynote Speech Title: Some innovation IOT Systems Integration and Applications

Speaker bio-sketch: Wen-Tsai Sung is working with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chin-Yi University of Technology as a professor and Vice-Dean of Academic Affairs in Taiwan. His research interests include Wireless Sensors Network, Data Fusion, System Biology, System on Chip, Computer-Aided Design for Learning, Bioinformatics, and Biomedical Engineering. Currently, he is the chief of Wireless Sensors Networks Laboratory

 

 

Keynote Speaker: Vasilios N. Katsikis

Keynote Speech Title: Improving of ZNN models for computing the matrix inverse by using hyperpower iterative methods

Speaker bio-sketch: Vasilios N. Katsikis received his Diploma of Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, his M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens. He belongs to the teaching and research staff of the Department of Economics, Division of Mathematics and Informatics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as an assistant professor of Mathematics and Informatics. His research interests lie in the areas of Computational Mathematics, Matrix Analysis and Linear Algebra. He has published more than 40 journal papers and he serves as a reviewer for many journals and congresses.

 

 

Keynote Speaker: Ata Jahangir Moshayedi

Keynote Speech Title: Plume tracking Missions and obstacles in robotic world

Speaker bio-sketch: Dr. Moshayedi is a lifetime member of ISOI (instrument society of India), Young Researchers and Elite Club, Khomeinishahr Branch, Iran, Society for Promotion of Excellence in Electronics Discipline(SPEED), India and the IEEE Graduate Student Member and have publication in national and International journals and conference proceeding. His research interests include plume tracking, robotic; sensor networks based event source localization, digital signal processing, neural network, AI (Artificial Intelligence), Fuzzy logic and embedded system.

 

 

Keynote Speaker: Predrag Stanimirovic

Keynote Speech Title: Integration Enhanced ZNN for Computing Time-Varying Complex Outer Inverses

Speaker bio-sketch: Predrag S. Stanimirovic ? received his M.Sc. in 1990, Ph.D. in 1996 from the University of Nis. Since 1996 he has worked as assistant professor, since 1999 as associate professor and since 2003 as full professor. He is currently a full Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Nis. He has published more than 200 papers in international journals. He is a reviewer and editorial board member of many scientific journals. His research interests include the following areas: recurrent neural networks, numerical linear algebra, symbolic computation, and linear and nonlinear programming.
